Steve is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and BSAC Instructor with a passion for diving which he injects into his courses and passes on to his students. Steve puts a tremendous amount of effort into making courses with Abyss both fun and enjoyable for all concerned whilst maintaining maximum levels of safety at all times. Steve has dive experience the world over and student enjoyment is a paramount factor in Steve's philosophy in teaching diving.
Steve has an industry award from PADI Interrnational Ltd for his services to diving and has received a commendation from PADI International Ltd for student feedback received.
It also part of the Abyss philosophy that our instructors and dive team regualry dive in open water for both fun and enjoyment and training purposes as opposed to many schools whose instructors rarely move out of the swimming pool environment.
Be it in the UK or if we are teaching abroad the Abyss Dive Team will strive to deliver the best possible diving experience to its students.
Many Abyss students become regular dive buddies with our instructor team which is something we are very proud of.

Abyss Scuba is exceptionally proud to have Danny Wright as one of its Instructors Danny is an ex Royal Navy Diver, Hyperbaric Supervisor and Paramedic. Danny is our lead Technical advisor and our Technical Dive Instructor. Danny has a wealth of experience which is passed on to Abyss Students, in fact when it comes to Diving there is very little that Danny has not experienced in his career. Danny also runs regular commercial diving saturation courses in Aberdeen.
Many Schools produce individuals that have merely completed scuba courses at Abyss Scuba we produce Divers we care about the people we teach to dive a great deal. At Abyss Scuba we make it our policy to progress at the students speed and we promise you that by the end of a diving course you will be able to dive safely and with maximum enjoyment, fully trained and ready for a whole new life of adventures.

Abyss Scuba is proud to welcome on board Graham. Graham shares
the Abyss passion for diving. Graham has dived the world over and has recently
returned from a trip to Sharm completing open water students. Graham's recent
UK diving has included trips to Scapa Flow and various other UK coastal
dives. Graham has great sense of humour and delivers the best possible diving
experience student divers.

Ian is one of our new instructors with a wealth of experience both
in the UK and abroad. Ian is a fantastic instructor who can call on his
experience to tell many a funny story. There is rarely a dull moment with
Ian. Ian can offer BSAC courses up to and including Dive Leader and can
often be found acting as an Abyss Scuba Safety Diver.
